What currency are the prices I see on the site?
You can pay using your local currency if available. Otherwise, the prices are in USD.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Our average order fulfillment takes 2-5 business days in average.
During the purchase process, an estimated delivery time is displayed during the Shipping phase. Depending on the product, the fulfillment period may differ. You can sign up for email tracking notifications.
If you don't have a tracking number after seven business, please email us at contact@hodlway.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on location. The shipping time depends on the product. Estimated Delivery Time in average is about 5-15 business days
Estimated Delivery Time is not a guarantee.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back for a full refund. It would be best if you shipped it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the total amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address is wrong, kindly notify us via email at contact@hodlway.com. If the address is faulty, we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. No refund will be given after 12 hours of incorrect submission.

Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?
We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) can deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products, including framed posters and bulkier shipments, are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
